Wow - I am writing this from my new house that Milana Ostroy helped us buy. If I could give Milana 100 stars, I would.

We met a few different realtors when we began our search.  We just connected with her from the minute we met her.  Her confidence and charm won my wife over.  She was the first to follow-up with us and offer a ride around.  She really worked hard to understand us as a couple and a first time home buyer.  She constantly communicated with us and helped us understand the process of buying a house - which is probably the most difficult and backwards process I have ever gone through.  It's like a finger print - no two transactions are exactly the same.

She was extremely patient with us and would entertain any ridiculous comments we made.  You really went above and beyond anyone that we had met beforehand.  We looked forward to seeing you at our meetings.  You would meet us at OUR convenience.  we  have almost impossible schedules, but you'd come over at night, meet us in the early morning...on weekends.  You were there every step of the way advocating for US when dealing with the seller.  You held our hand and led us in the right direction.  You dealt with the bank, the seller, the design center and anyone else even without being prompted.

We are so grateful for everything.  Milana definitely comes highly recommended when buying or selling a house.  If you are looking for a great Realtor to work with for your next real estate property, Milana is the person to work with!
